Japanese Cooking Classes


The monthly cooking classes continue to attract new students.  Hitomi Hashimoto has prepared meals in a Japanese inn or ryokan, after attending     cooking school for three years in Tokyo.  Now, she volunteers to share these skills using traditional and modern conveniences.

The class fee is $10.00, which is donated to the Center.  Classes are held in the SFVJACC kitchen and begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.  For information, call "NJ" at 818-893-6503
