San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center Newsletter
SFVJACC's colorful newsletter, the best in Southern California, also comes to your home by US mail. The bimonthly publication serves as an example of local news and offers stories written for and by members. Former Wakaba, Bud Sagara,is a columnist.
Short stories are welcome that chronicle the history of our center as well as invitation to join clubs, activities, and events. Special events such as New Years parties, Kohaku Judo Tournament, Japanese School activities, JACL programs, SFV Athletic Jamborees, Family Day, SFVHBT Obon, and Super Bingo results as well as club pictures spotlight members. Announcements for babies, graduation, and anniversaries are welcome! It arrives around the first week of each even month via bulk mail. Lois Okui works hard to edit and format the articles. If you would like to contribute and article or picture, submit an articles by the 15th of odd numbered months to [email protected]. The Newsletter has been published since 1968. |
